Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid delays. Any delay caused by the client will not be compensated.
Guests must wait at the designated Meeting Point: Belém Dock (Gate 1) or Alcântara Dock (Gate 1).
A safety briefing will be given; please pay close attention to the instructions.
Shoes must be removed before boarding (easy-to-remove footwear is recommended).
Dress code: We recommend comfortable clothes, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat and a coat.
Clients can order transportation from/to the hotel at an additional cost.
All pick-up transfers provided on luxury Mercedes VANs.
Any additional catering, bar or extra services may be provided if requested up to 48 hours before the event.
Menu adjustments or customized menus are possible.

Boarding will not be allowed for visibly intoxicated persons. We aim to ensure a fun environment while maintaining safety and respect for everyone on board.
Smoking is not permitted on the vessel. A fine of €150 may be applied. Only electronic cigarettes are allowed.
Only the crew may access refrigerators and cabinets. Any missing items may be charged to the client.
Touching speakers, sound systems, navigation, or control systems is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused by the client to the vessel or its equipment will be charged accordingly.
For your safety and smooth trip management, please respect the crew’s instructions regarding permitted and restricted areas of the boat.
If you feel seasick, we have motion sickness tablets available — please do not hesitate to ask the crew.
Alcohol consumption is prohibited for minors under 18 years old (the crew may request identification if necessary).
The crew may refuse to serve alcohol to anyone who appears excessively intoxicated.
Narcotics are strictly prohibited (authorities may be contacted).
As we are at sea, please take care of your personal belongings to prevent them from falling into the water. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Please be careful when walking along the sides of the boat. For your safety, always keep at least one hand free to hold on.
The Skipper is responsible for your safety; please do not disturb them while they are operating the vessel. The Skipper may cancel the trip or prevent someone from boarding if deemed necessary.
The vessels are equipped with life jackets, buoys, and a life raft, as well as all required safety equipment. (Children up to 10 years old must wear a life jacket at all times. Those over 10 who feel they should wear one are encouraged to ask the crew.)
Entering the water without crew authorization is strictly prohibited. Please respect the crew’s instructions. Swimming is done at your own risk and responsibility.
At times, the exterior deck may become slippery. Please be careful and follow the crew’s instructions.
To secure the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required.
The remaining 50% must be paid up to 7 days before the event.
Depending on the chosen payment method, additional fees may apply. These fees are the client’s responsibility and are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or refund.
If you require an invoice with tax number, please provide the details before the time of payment.
A refundable security deposit is charged at the end of the trip:

Cancellations made 15 or more days before the event date: full refund of the amount paid.
Cancellations made between 14 and 6 days before the event date: refund of up to 50% of the event value.
Cancellations made 5 days or less before the event date: no refund will be issued.
Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions: the event will be rescheduled for a date agreed between the client and provider. No refund will apply.
WEATHER INSURANCE – Weather Insurance guarantees a full refund (100%) of the event in case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions. The decision is the sole responsibility of the vessel’s captain. This insurance costs €175.
The client may only opt for Weather Insurance at the time of booking; it cannot be purchased later.
Cancellations due to technical issues: 100% refund of the amount paid.
Any trip that has been rescheduled is not eligible for subsequent cancellation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical failure or adverse weather, the trip is considered completed once 60% of its duration has been fulfilled.
Any refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after the event date.
